Sharing same IP with friend

I've been wondering if you think its possible to whitelist my account (Skacy) and my friends account (Elkanen) to be able to be logged in the server together? We are currently on his mobile internet and he told me yesterday that he got warned that we are Botting and if he continues he shall be banned. Please let us play together, we're in psychiatric ward and there is no public internet here.
