Technical Removed characters

Hello everyone,

I would like to ask about the aparent remove of characters. I used to have couple characters (mainly my priest - close to full wf) and they are not present anymore. I planned on getting back to wow and warmane, but without chars the setback is too big.



Is there any chance i get hands back on them, can anybody please help me?

Have you logged in game to see they aren't there or you just looked at the website?

Yes i did look for them ingame. And its definitely the right account - still even have the vote points (can't even vote now, cause i got no achievments)

When logging into the game are you looking at the correct realm?

I really do appreciate you trying to help, but I'm not new to the game. I've been playing the game for over 7 years with some pauses, but i know my way around it.
I know im on the right realm and I never played elsewhere than Icecrown either.

I think it was seen as inactive as I didn't log on for quite some time. That's why I'm asking if its possible to "revive them".

Well, max level characters don't just disappear. They get deleted. There's no ongoing system deleting characters past level 30. If the account and realm are indeed correct, somebody deleted the characters. Either it was you, or your account wasn't secure (enough) and somebody got their hands on it, cleaned it for valuables and deleted characters.

I guess there is no way to discharge that it was stolen.

I'm afraid there are no steps to retrieve them, right? :(

Only option is Character Restoration via Services. That said, they don't stay waiting for recovery for too long.

Yeah, it's been longer than that.. seems like if I don't get "special treatment", there is no way for me to get them :(

If some admin can state some verdict, that would be nice. It's not an easy or fast thing to get pvp gear.

If they aren't listed for restoration, they are gone for good.

I played warmane in 2020 (Frostmourne server) and had 2 maxed (80 lvl) characters. Had 2 accounts. Now I wanted to come back and in both accounts the characters were gone. All of them. Is there any chance to get them back? I did no play since 2020/

Not anymore. You had the whole year of Season 2 to transfer those characters after Season 1 ended. That stopped being available when Season 3 started.
