WotLK stuck on "logging in to game server" and realm selection screen.

can't log in on any wrath realms cause always stuck on "logging in to game server." panel.
that came after an error that said, "your account in locked but can be unlocked."
after that I logged on warmane site but still got stuck on "logging in to game server" and realm selection screens
though I re installed the wotlk client from the site and my account status in good standing.
