I need some help!

I wanted to do the frenzyheart questline to get exalted with them but after i did the The Part-time Hunter quest i couldnt get anymore quests, i read about the reputation ways but nothing worked. I tried to write a ticket but i couldnt choos any option at the website so it wasnt allowed to send it. Any idea?
