when I try load the game i receive below error

Try removing the read-only property when you right click WoW folder and set WoW.exe to run as administrator.

I have tried but nothing change

i still have no chance to access

Try deleting cache folder, running it again. If it doesn't work, remove all addons and try running it again. If that doesn't work, try reinstalling?
Were you able to run it normally before or is this a fresh download?
Do you get the error when you're trying to enter the game world or when you boot up the launcher? Is it only on one character or all of them?

Move the folder from the Utorrent download location/turn off utorrent

first of all thanks for your help!
unfortunately nothing is changing.
I'm able to connect to the game via another laptop but from mine is still impossible.
I haven't WoW installed, i have download from Warmane and in other PC it works, only on mine it dosen't
I do not undestand why. I'm using Windows 10 in both PC
