First, can someone from Warmane team check if spawn timers are working for all rares in Northrend? Because there is some debate particularly about those in Storm Peaks. If there was a practical way I was going to do it, but this is not like testing a quest.
Second I have a question. Is there a restriction of spawning only 1 rare at a time in a zone? So far I have killed 3 in Northrend and they were single ones per zone.

because i am farming them, and in last month i got all except vyragosa, and if you invest a little time u can find out respawn timers for every npc, and you need to invest your time in to waiting for them for few hours

Well after 20 mins I managed to pull her with death grip. So she is not there anymore... but if possible should be fixed.

sadly that happens to some npc, i have them in my range for target, but there are nowhere to be found :/

I have been camping, working on Time-Lost Proto Drake and Vyragosa for more than a year. I have killed Vyragosa and Time-Lost Proto drake 10+ times total in Lordaeron. Only one of them was a natural kill, others were after a server restart. I wanted to share my observations and help anyone reading this. First of all, it is confirmed by one of my friends that Time-Lost Proto Drake spawned naturally 2 hours after server restart at Brunnhildar Village. Sadly I do not have evidence currently for it. However, I have an evidence of Vyragosa spawning naturally without a server restart. Therefore, I can say that yes, they can spawn naturally. However, based on my observations (not with evidence) I do think there is still a phase issue about those rares. The best tip that I can give people who wants to kill Vyragosa or Time-Lost Proto Drake is that just logout on a spawn location and continue raiding/herbing/mining or whatever you want to on another character. When server gets restarted, login to your main and hope it spawned at your location.
