WotLK Transfered my old characters from frostmourne to icecrown but they are gone?

Hey!

After ~2 years wanted to come back and play wotlk, saw that frostmourne is no longer available and went and transferred my character to icecrown using the site services.

Its been almost a day, the character is nowhere to be found on either servers, the account history says transfer completed...
Cant even make a ticket on the support page, my only option is a ban appeal, i doubt i was banned.

Any guesses whats up?

I have a similar problem but my transfers from Frostmourne to Icecrown are stuck on 'setting up'. I spoke to a member of staff and apparently it's being looked at so just wait a bit longer and hopefully the transfers will eventually go through.

i have a similar problem i didnt play almoust 1-2 years and find that frostmourne is gone not long available i transfer my caracters to icecrown but still are stack on ,,seting up,,
can someone from staff help me transfer my characters?

I got a response from the staff regarding this issue, I'll post it here in case it helps anyone else, hope that's ok!

Unfortunately, transfers from Frostmourne season III have been discontinued when the latest inactivity cleanup occurred,

The option to transfer a character wasn't fully disabled within the website when this occured thus for 48 hours after them being disabled, they still incorrectly showed as available.

Generally, transfers are only available for a year after a season ends. Characters that aren't transferred into Icecrown in a timely fashion are simply removed.
