Is there any class/spec to directly counter against frost mage in 1v1 ?

Every class/spec has a big advantages and big disadvantages against other classes/specs in 1v1 except frost mage. Cant see a hard counter against frost mage in 1v1 or i just dont know which class/spec is that ? So if you have any idea please share with me.

Open field:
Hunter is hard counter to frost mage.
Dk, feral, enha shaman have 50%+ chance.

With los avaiable:
feral, elemental, shadowpriest got the advantage.

With my affliction lock I tend to easily dominate all but a few elite frost mage players. They all tell me affliction is a hard counter.
