WotLK Loot Bugged EOE25

Hi,

Our loot bugged in EOE25 while trying to loot from the Red Crystal cache.
Several items were not able to be distributed or looted by the RL to trade out

Is this a case for ingame GMs or for help here on the forum?

All you can do is try again next lockout.

So GM's wont assist when the loot bugs? Even if its still in the Cache and can be verified? ... Ok ....

so that kind of things doesn't repeat in the future.
