WotLK Need help for fresh 80

Boys and girls here, I need a little bit of help. I just hit my first 80 character ever and dont know what to do now??? I`ve played alone to 80 buy doing quests and grinding, my profesions are mining and skining. Its a Human Male Rogue i spec in Sub, because i didnt have problem with stealth kill mob one by one from the shadows. What to look for, where to go, how to obtain gear. And is there a different gear for different specs, like should i respec into something else. Youtube videos are confusing for me, they all speak like i know where to go and what to do. I just want to make my character stronger.

Assassination or Combat would be recommended specs. Combat is "the raiding spec" for rogues, so if you don't wanna deal with fully switching talents and weapons, go for Combat specialization. For the time being, you should look for items with agility, hit, expertise, crit, and haste. For Combat, armor penetration is good too.
