So i was downloading a launcher from another server, it added a bunch of HD files to my WoW folder, changed my mind, searched how to revert to original Textures. I DELETED the files that were added to my wow files. I played for about 2 hours then I got in red text in game that the system detected Modified files on my Client and banned me.
Note: I did not download anything that could benifit me ingame as in altered terain or modified anything. Only thing it downloaded was HD files, WHICH i read on warmane were accepted.

Im not banned anymore, is there any way to fix this without re installing the whole client?

I would recommend reinstalling the whole client. You don't know what other edits they may have there.
