Hello , i want to know if it's possible to switch from goblin engineering to gnomish engineering .I've been at the port in Tanaris and the book it doesn't do nothing also i've been at Bootlegger Outpost near The Gaping Chasm and same here,doesn't do nothing, only says "Hello ...."
