WotLK Sound issues in game

Hi! I've just finished downloading the game and am new to Warmane. upon opening the game there's nothing but static noise and terrible sound quality. Is this a normal thing? Or have they already touched on the topic and plan to fix it?

Try fiddling with your sound settings and see if that fixes it.
