Technical Can't activate my 7th toon after transferring from FROSTMOURNE

Hello,

Can somebody tell me what do I need to activate my 7th toon on Icecrown? I keep getting an error saying that i can only have 10 toons on the account but the limit is not surrpassed.

I believe you can have 10 characters max created on server. Either deactivate one in barracks or delete the one u are not even playing

I tried that and still not working - I have a total of 6 characters and I still receive that message. Any support representative that could help with this?

Is there a way I can ask for support? I've sent an email, created a ticket online and opened this form thread and no one is getting back to me with a fix.
