Technical Characters deleted, vote points and coins gone, can't skip queue anymore,

So I came back to wow after couple of months (last played in June last year), I had couple of 80 level characters which are now gone. I only have one unnamed level 80 which is on alliance side, but I’ve always played horde side so I don’t know how is this possible? I also donated couple of times and had like 3 coins left, but they are all gone. There was a thing that let you skip queue if you donated and I can’t skip it anymore. On forum they said that level 80 characters won’t get deleted due to inactivity so that shouldn’t be the case? I also have two factor authentication so I would knew if I got hacked, but that is not the case. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Most realistic explanation is that you logged wrong account.
You probably should send an email about this.

I checked and it's the same mail, even found some receipts from donating in my gmail.
