WotLK Characters lost

Hello, i have a problem so i was playing in warmane 4 years ago with this account i had 4 characters in frostmourne and 1 character in icecrown but now i returned and found nothing i hope you can help me track or find the characters and thank you

First season of Frostmourne is long over, all chances to transfer characters from it are gone.
If your character on Icecrown was low level, it was deleted during inactivity cleanup. Make sure you are logging into game on correct realm.
