Hello,
A friend whas trying to Create an account and got the following Account activation email error:

We tried multiple things:
- used the "Activation Email" From the "RETRIEVE AN ACCOUNT" page, and got the same error message.
- Tried to recover the password in case it was giving any problem, and then retreive the activation email.
- Cleaned cache/cookies and retried everything

So far nothing.
I've checked the opion of "MY ACCOUNT" > "SUPPORT" > "CREATE TICKET" however only "Ban Appeal" appears in Ticket categories.

Any way to fix this?
How do we go from here?
