Please help. I did not play for some time, i changed my net provider few days ago and now when i try to log in i get screen that says my account is locked but can be unlocked.

When i logged in to warmane website, i got message "Your IP Address (hidden for my own security reasons, admins can see my ip) has been suspended for due to BotNetwork"


I never used any bots or havent been part of any network of that kind. Please unlock my account, i want to play as i have few days of vacation.
