Can i get back a quest reward item that i deleted?

I'm pretty sure that i did that quest and deleted the item because i don't see quests anymore in the zone. I play in lordaeron so i can't buy from shop, is there any way to get back that item. The item is BOP and i want it for transmog.

You can't. And quest items are unobtainable from shoo anyway, cuz they don't have level requirements, which would make it possible to gear lvl 1 character in top quest gear
