Hello, I bought this Recustomization item on your site, I thought I could change the race, but there is no such function (I really need your help

Did you try to cheapskate the system when buying a

CHARACTER RECUSTOMIZATION

Recustomization costs 10 Coins and provides:
- Character's name, appearance and gender can be recustomized
- Recustomization is completed through the character selection screen in-game
- Recustomization is irreversible and not eligible for refund

when you literally had the option to choose

RACE CHANGE

Race change costs 20 Coins and provides:
- Character's race changed to the chosen race
- Race change is completed through the character selection screen in-game
- Race change is irreversible and not eligible for refund

in the same dropdown menu?

I mean in any case it's not up for refunds. Read the entire thing next time before you click "accept" and confirm.
