Realms Drop chance on scrolls for tmog in rdf hc

I feel like it would be a good way to encourage people from using the dungeon finder heroic.

Suggested and denied lots of times.

You fail to understand, that your long queues in RDF are because 90-95% of players go as DPS, not because there are not enough people.
And do you realise how abysmal drop chance would be, due to amount of dungeons and their daily reset over raids weekly resets?
Want more scrolls, go join previous tier raids and help new players get gear, while you farm badges and scrolls.
