How many coins do i get per dollar in donations? ala $20 = 20 coins?

You can see for yourself when you go to donation page, agree to ToC and press that Donate button. You get a list of options there.
Generally speaking it looks like 1€ = 1 coin. (Potential) bonuses ARE displayed on donation window.
