WotLK Suddnely problems with logging in and staying online.

Today as i was doing a dungeon i got a lag spike and dced. After that it was hours of constantly sitting on Logging in to game server and other messages of the sort. Realm list taking long time to load. Character screen taking long time to load. Game loading screen taking long time or just staying there forever until i alt+F4.
All of a sudden everything is ok and i log in, stay online for 2 to 10 mins, i get a huge lag spike then disconnected again. And everything repeats. This has being going on for 5 hours now. The internet is fine and other mmos have no problem.

Not sure if it is relevant but after every disconnect and reconnect i am sent to realm list, why there and not directly to characer screen?
Again not sure if relevant but all of a sudden it shows that i have 1 character in Icecrown and Blackrock and i don't. Their character screens are empty.

I am playing on Lordaeron.

I tried everything including removing addons, deleting the game, and redownloading the client. Still the same problem.

Latency is 40-50 throughout all of this. No change there.

Any idea how to fix this?

Update. So apparently there is high latency, i was not able to see it before because i would get disconnected before it shows in the game. But again this is only for Warmane, i tried other games and everything was normal.

Latency would be normal for around 10 minutes per hour. All other times it's impossible to stay logged in or log in to a particular realm or generate character list. Connecting is extremely fast while connecting,but once the ''Success!'' appears , the lag slows everything down and disconnection follows.

I flushed DNS. 45 min online without problems and im eupthoric. I think that fixed it lol.
