Technical Unplayable latency

Hi there, for the past 3 days, I've been trying to play this game and the latency is killing all my mood. I log in and after exactly 5 to 10 seconds, the world goes kaboom. Over 9000 PING on a 5G internet, the lowest latency my provider can get me. Never had an issue with my network, not even in intensive multiplayer action combat games, not on the official servers, nowhere.

What is to be done in this case?

Ok, it seems that nobody could save my game so I did more research. For anyone else having this high latency problem, just download https://1.1.1.1/. Once you download it just turn it on and it will run as smooth as butter.
