    My ip is suspended for BotNetwork, I have never played this game

    I have been trying to create my account for 2 hours, then I tried on my phone with wifi off and with data, and I could create it. Now I logged in on my PC and it says my IP is suspended due to BotNetwork, but I have never played the game or done anything.
    Can I get any help with this?
