Site Your IP Address xxx has been terminated due to Advertising

Hello,
I can login to game without problem but when i login trough website, and when i click the menu, it says

"Your IP Address (190.2.133.229) has been terminated due to Advertising."

I checked that IP and it doesn't belong to me, my ip is something else.
I logged in trough VPN few days ago, i think it is because of this. But now im not on VPN but still it says same on website.
I can login the game but on website it says same.
What should i need to do?

Same also i used vpn and forgot turn off and i get same ip ban :D i created ticket now waiting stuff.
