I left the game for a long time now I decided to come back when I was still playing fresh. Nickname of the characters who were there bladi, dalzer, kaban

Go to https://www.warmane.com/account/services and select Frostmourne as realm and begin character transfer.

If your character(s) are not on the list, they can't be transferred anymore as the time window of 1 year has passed.
Meaning season I & II characters are gone forever.
