I have completed this dungeon multiple times without any issue, meanwhile Brann took 0 damage from all NPCs and I have not completed the achievement.
I asked my party's members to help me out with this achievement, but did not get any achievements at all.

Forgot to mention that I have completed this dungeon multiple times and I still have not completed the achievement of this dungeon.
The final missing part is the area of the tribunal of ages
