Help with healbot

So my problem is that disabled opacity priority is higher than out of range opacity priority. That means if someone is out of combat and out of my range he will have disabled opacity which is a problem because i dont care about somebody being in combat or not, i care about people being in my range, like for raid summoning or bg. So far i've tried almost every setting and didnt have positive solution. Is there any way i can remove disabled opacity or change priority?
Also everything was alright until i reinstalled healbot.

Hi,

reinstalling healbot doesnt change something, ur user settings are saved for addons in the WTF Folder under ur Accname / Saved Variables.
Here in the video u see the particular setting that u search (at the exact timestamp).
