    Deadmines quest item not dropping

    The letter from the last boss isn't dropping for my ally shaman, I've been through it twice now. Is it because the leader is a horde tank? I've gotten it before twice with horde in the group.

    It is because of the cross-faction dungeon system, and warmane will NEVER fix it. Get use to it.
