Hello, im having trouble in loggin into my account. I log on the game and after authenticating it says that i need to unlock my acc. I don't play since 1 year, the acc is not banned and i dont know what to do. thanks

Bro i tried to log on my pc and it shows that error, but then i tried in another pc (my brothers pc) and he could log in, i don't understand whats going on lol
