Site BotNetwork error causing account deletion

I wasn't sure where to create this thread, but here goes:

New players often express concern to losing their accounts for the common "account has been suspended due to BotNetwork" problem, but now I've had someone come up to me with their account being terminated for the same reason. Warmane's anti-cheat/anti-bot system is severely screwing over people who simply wish to get in the game and enjoy the content that the server has to offer.

It is absolutely imperative that whoever is responsible for the implementation and maintenance of this system that this gets looked into and fixed as soon as possible. This is an issue that causes unnecessary panic and can serve as a deterrent for future community members.

i 100% whoever is responsible needs to fix it ASAP, if that is not possible remove it temporary fix it and then implement it, it cannot stay like this, i had someone who literally thought his account was suspended and deleted. It is super unintuitive and needs to be fixed.

It wasnt a termination but still, im actually experiencing this rn as i write this and i need to wait this out to fix itself, idk why it triggers on me so much but i literally have this problem daily, i log in, banned to botnetwork, login to the website, refresh and wait 5 minutes to fix itself, why is this?

I then need to sit an additional 5 minutes in que. I just want to experience the server, imagine this happening to new players, they wouldnt ****ing know what to do.

Anyway, fix this horrible anti bot system it is utter garbage and needs to be reworked or deleted.
