I deleted my priest by accident and in the past with issues like this it allows to restore your character for free, now i dont get this option, please help me out before i lose my full BiS gear 2.5k+ priest

Where is this mentioned ? Why isn't it mentioned anywhere on the character restoration service ?
Also, why is it written " Characters are eligible for no-cost restore within a 2 day grace period after deletion" in PLURAL ("CharacterS") if it's only 1 per 7 days ? I once restored a few characters at once and it consumed all of my vote points because i thought it would be free, since it was during those two days of grace period, which, according to what is writte, shouldn't have cost anything.

As the person above pointed out obviously there is incorrect info, and since i cant restore my character for 3-4 more days in that case, then it will ask me to donate to restore, this seems like something done purposely so warmane can benefit from it, i need free char restoration on my MAIN 2.5k fully geared bis priest. In previous merges etc ive lost bis chars with 2.9k arena rating achievements. I dont look forward to losing my char again or having to pay to restore it, total bull**** ….

2.5k+ in 2s in achievements is what i mean by 2.5k, priest is fully geared obviously who would care about 2.5k gs char lol

If you already used one and it's on cooldown, there's no free restoration available to you.

So i will lose my character if i dont donate to restore it ? LOL , such customer support, like it would be that hard for someone to restore my char real quick so i dont lose it, jk rules are rules right? i have to wait and donate to get my char back? bs.

Well, we can't be held responsible for these freak accidents that select a character, type in DELETE in capitals, then confirm it, twice in a week. That might require a priest.
We offer one free Restoration every seven days, which is enough to cover someone who regretted a decision, without leaving room for people to just abuse it.

I don't have any control over that sort of thing, and I'm the worst person you'd ask that of. I'm very against opening exceptions, because then every player should have theirs.
If you're on a Premium account you could try opening a General-type Support ticket to see if they might react differently. Wouldn't have much hope, but they should be able to check your account's history to see any previous bans or if deleting and restoring characters is a habit, I don't know. Personally I'd just make the wife pay for the restoration, assuming that's for real.

I didn't call you a freak. Are you calling yourself a freak accident?
A priest would be better suited to deal with a possessed keyboard that goes through the whole process required to delete characters "by accident," as you had initially claimed.

Ask your wife to pay it then. She deleted your character, and now you're demanding Warmane to undo what your wife did. I would expect my wife to pay up for that mistake, and learn their lesson on not messing with others' property, more so if you don't know how things work.
