Hello, after your innovation related to account confirmation using a code that is sent by email, I cannot log into my account. The reason for this is that I forgot the email from my account (the account was registered more than a year ago, from an old device). An account was registered under my IP address (another account was also created under the same IP address). At the moment I can't get the code. I do not know what to do. There are probably hundreds of people doing exactly this, for exact same reason. The process takes time, and the amount of staff dealing with those hundreds of emails is limited. Prepare for a long wait.

Don't forget your email next time.
