The reason for this is that I forgot the email from my account (the account was registered more than a year ago, from an old device). An account was registered under my IP address (another account was also created under the same IP address). At the moment I can't get the code. I do not know what to do. guys is there any solution how to check out the gmail? i forgot what gmail i used for my niece's account , i am pretty sure i created new one for this and can't figure it out... ! thanks for anything..
There are probably hundreds of people doing exactly this, for exact same reason. The process takes time, and the amount of staff dealing with those hundreds of emails is limited. Prepare for a long wait.
