1. Cant recieve my scrolls from the store

    I've bought transmog scroll and after two days its still not landed on my game mail. I tried to contact support on site/ingame but still no any answer. Can i have help pls?

    Double check items were bought on right realm/character.

    Are the scrolls listed on https://www.warmane.com/account/support?do=new Item Missing ticket option?

  3. Yeah im double checked all that stuff. I can select only one character from dropdown store menu. My purchase history says that i bought 2 Scroll of Deception on 23 september and 20 september. My in-game mail still empty on these items.

    But on ticket creation page these items doesnt appear. I can see it only in purchase history.
