WotLK seems like acc been hacked

good moorning everyone.

so i havent been playing for some time. like 4 years. and now when i wanted to come back. my account is banned. seems like in this period of time someone have hacked me and usem my acc for illegal activitys. so what can i do to fix this? as gms can see. i have been donating and there is no motive in hacking myself. makes no sense. please tell me what to do? im not sure if its worth to unlock it or just make a new acc? im afraid that all my toons is deleted, gear is sold. please help.

You need to make a ban appeal ticket, that's your only chance. However what happens with your account is your responsibility, you may have to make a new account, depending on what kind of ban it is. There is also a chance that it's not even a "ban", but this anti-bot system or something(what's the stated reason for your ban?).
