Technical Account Stolen - Scammed after 7 years

Hi warmane
around 7 years ago i started to play wow on a game center and i bought a naked warmane account there to start play on server and paid for it to there management
i changed email and made account premium and made account from nothing to everything
i spent around 7 years everyday playing and after that 7 years now i cant login my account anymore
i saw email changed ... and after that years they retrieve it with main email which i never knew it will remain on account
i know its against the rules but on that time when i started i didnt know anything about them
so now after 7 years making bis chars i lost all of them which i cant belive it
now they have a bis pve pvp account with zero effort
again i say i know rules now i know its my problem
but is there anyway to help? 7 year is alot
i have enough infos from my donations , chars , ips , email , everything with screenshots
is there any punishment for that guy who scammed ?
Can i talk with admins? i made ticket to warmane info already but it take long to answer

The bitter sweet moment when the account in question gets the ban and nobody is able access it. You won't get the account back as you bought it in the 1st place. Then again those who sold it won't access it anymore either if Warmane's investigation finds enough evidence of account trade (which you can probably provide to some degree).

ya .. when i got it with only 1 naked char that worth 30 coin but now it worth like 2k coins
but sad part i dont have free time like past to gear up or recover again , i was doing only 1 or 2 bgs per day in past year
so i think my wow journey will end here

Next time learn to make an account yourself. You already admitted to buying the account, not creating it like you should(which I don't know why you on earth you wouldn't do yourself). No point in complaining.

So much about this is off... I'll just stick with something simple:

What are you even talking about? If you changed the email, there's no "main email remaining on the account." Only one email is linked to the account at any given time, either the original or the one you say you changed to. What you're saying happened just doesn't add up. Did perhaps someone share an account they weren't playing with you, now they wanted it back and say... knowing they could prove the account is theirs you'd rather get it banned than return it? Just a wild thought, not something that would surprise me.

Either way, no, you won't get in contact with an Admin. You will get a reply from Support when your turn in the ticket queue arrives and they will check your story. If you can prove the account was bought somehow, it will probably be terminated, meaning neither will ever access it again.

well i mailed to warmane support with my account email and 1st answer is there is registration email which they retrieved account with it

share? i have over 500 screen shot from char ive made or i traded on warmane trade which they never see it ever in account

and about wild thought , its hard to see your days and months effort just gone in a week and you cant do anything about it and they laugh at you cuz ur hard lose
as i already said i know its my mistake which i never imagine it but u dont think its too late for them to get their share account which they got paid for it back?
giving naked char and after years get 2 shadowmorune and bis pve pvp chars on it , how can i forget that

and about email : you say there will be remain only 1 email on account?

i dont know you were in game centers or game coffes before but if you were you understand that situation , that might be more logical on our dailys and espicaly on past when ppl were interested on lan games

That's exactly how I got into PCs in the first place. I didn't play wow at the time, but whenever an account was involved I just open a browser and made one.

Poor account security, or reused emails and passwords. I'm just a member here FYI.
