I need help to find a couple of AddOns

Hello! This is my first post here and I need some help. You see, I am a veteran WoW player that came back a short time ago and while I'm enjoying again all the adventures and stuff, I'm cracking my head trying to remember the name of a couple of AddOns I had, like, 10 years ago, I will show you a screenshot playing back then in another (dead) server to see if you guys can help me with this. I tried with SCT and MikScrollingCombatText but it's no use.

OMG! SpellAlerter is one of them, yes, thank you so much! I tried installing Afflicted and it didn't work in my game, I thought that was it but it wasn't. :(

I tried the Nameplate Castbars (overhead addon) and can't seem to get it working.... any ideas?!

I downloaded the Nameplate castbar addon (overhead addon) followed instructions but still cant seem to have it work... any ideas?!
