You can't. Only thing you can do it sell it from one character to another, it's done through Trade section. Minimum donation of 10 coins is needed to participate in trades.

There is no "transfer character" service, you can simply use trade to get it done and it will cost you full amount.

Both accounts must be premium, that's 10 each, then you will need enough coins to buy it from your account. That can be from 30 to 450+++ coins, depending on your character.
