Problem getting Shadowforge key

Hello, it's my first time trying to get the afforementioned key, I've been reading how to get it, and when I went to the ghost dwarve in the tomb at the middle of BRD (as a ghost myself) he doesn't give me the quest, and it's name is "Unknown". I don't know if there is any previous requieremnt I'm missing but I haven't found anything and don't know wheter it is a bug.

If a NPC is called "Unknown" it might be a cache issue, could be worth deleting your Cache folder and try again :)
