Ninja looting

I asked the paladin if I could take these shoes, he replied that I could take them because I wrote that I needed them for the set, then the priest wrote that it was ninja loot and wrote that he would report me on the forum, how can I avoid it? because I don't want to get unfairly banned

Apart from this being a complete kindergarden show, where are the screenshots that actually matter? You got screenshots before the drop, screenshots after, screenshots of you both going at it like prebubescent teens, but somehow you left out the ones that are "important". Where are the screenshots showing what was communicated during loot distribution / rolls or whatever?

Every time I see someone post (by mistake, obviously) a ninja report in forum the screenshots are absolute nonsense. What a hard job the GMs have with some people.

The paladin saying you can take whatever is meaningless. Either the whole group says so or you can be reported for it.
There's no avoiding it, neither unfair ban. If they report you for it, showing that you rolled Need on something you shouldn't, you'll be up for a short break.
