No way to buy some recipes - for exmaple on horde you cant buy schematisc: thorium widget for many days, becouse there are few bots with lvl 1 who stay there when is time for refilled a insta buy the recipe... Could you fix that please ?

Report them in-game.
Just don't be surprised if they are just players who know the refresh time and manually run an add-on or legitimate scrip to buy it faster than you, which wouldn't have any punishment.
