Technical Logging into game .exe

I just want to know if this is something everyone goes through every single time they fire up the game. The way I launch the game is via Application (.exe) which is within the files downloaded through Warmane. Every time I launch the game I must scroll and accept the 2 pages of user agreements and my username wont stay prefilled when I tap the remember me box.

Am I using the wrong .exe to launch the game or is this just standard procedure to have to accept the agreements every time I launch the game?

Thank you guys! I played on Warmane like 3 or 4 years ago and don't remember having this issue, thats the only reason I'm asking and kinda worried

1. Restart your PC.
2. Close and exit torrent.
3. Move your WoW -folder to other folder, away from Torrent's Download folder.
4. Right click WoW -Folder, select properties, un-check "Read-only" and Apply.
5. If you get prompt, Apply changes to this folder, subfolders and files and click OK.
