Why doesn't pet loyalty increase?
Why is the ranking and level of the pet not seen in its corresponding window?

My character is 47 and I have leveled the pet from 37 to 46 and I don't see its royalty status anywhere, I have met all time requirements and 5% xp, I have already lost a broken tooth because of this I am not going to lose another one, what is the problem?

With Patch Version 3.02, hunter pet loyalty has been completely removed. Happiness however remained. All pets start out with an amount of skill points, which depends on the level of the pet, not on loyalty and level as before
When I was testing on the PTR, I couldn't get pets to run away. I could get them unhappy (with the lowered damage from being unhappy), but Loyalty itself wasn't implemented/a system in place.
And even if Loyalty and running away exists, pets in the Stable should be "frozen" in the state they were in when placed in the stable. They shouldn't come out 20 hours later with 20 hours of missing food time and lose all that loyalty. So if you put them in happy, they should come out happy.
