Technical The Account needs to me converted to a Battle.net account

This apears when i try to log in in the game.
Followning the link prowided in same message leats to error 404.
What should i do?

get the right version of wotlk
make sure you have set the right realmlist
open wow.exe
log in using your account name(not email)
play

It's for MoP
There is no realmlist file in data folder
And i have tried to log in using the mail and username it still leeds to same thing.
