If u "just" said that it was not fair, im pretty sure they wouldnt ban you for that, you donated to them to help them pay mods, gms, keep servers up, i dont think that you should expect anything else from them because you donated the money

If you donated the past year, you get some coins as part of the new year gift. He isn't content with the amount of free coins he received as a gift.

Sounds pretty fair to me, the support system isn't for your ranting. People with legitimate issues will have to wait longer on their tickets because you felt entitled to more.
If I had the power I'd have revoked all your gifts, since they aren't good enough for you.

Seems pretty petty to give such replies. Personally always thought end of year rewards was 10% of the amount you have donated. I could be wrong, just coincidently it happened to be each time I got exactly 10% of the amount I had donated through out the year ( maybe just random coincidence ).
Tbh I would be disappointed as well and would probably message the support to verify if everything was correct. Like I donated around 700 coins last year (2022) on my other account and got a 68 coins reward at the end of the year. If I would donate around 3000usd/eur in 1 year, I would most def expect more than 120 coins as end of year gift.
Totally understand his disappointment and why he would write a ticket to the support about it.
Totally don't understand such hostile replies from the staff towards people that have supported the server.
Totally not my place to tell you how to run your server, but can't seem to understand why being so rude towards such a customer is the way to go.
At the end of the day some imaginary coins that don't cost the server anything, throwing a small bone towards loyal clients goes a long way.

We don't know if he's actually stating the truth and how rude he's been to support. Pretty sure they wouldn't ban him for simply opening a single useless ticket about expecting more coins.
If you're disappointed by gifted coins - well, maybe the issue is on your end.
And btw: You shouldn't confuse "loyal customers" with toxic pricks. If you're in for the long game a toxic ***** actually costs you money by making others quit and it's in your best interest to get rid of him asap.
Rewarding/"throwing a small bone towards loyal clients" is like the opposite of what's in their interest. Even if 3k sounds like a lot of money to some. Hint: It really isn't.

I'm simply sharing my past experiences and showing some empathy by putting myself in some else's shoes.
I see you have your own "world view" and made up your mind about this case.
If you think someone that has donated 3k isn't in top 1% percentile of donators, I don't know what to say.
How can you be so certain this guy is "toxic prick" to begin with? And what kind of argument is that to begin with? By your logic we should first of all ban all 13-18year olds on the server that tell people to go .... themselves, throw racial slurs and shows all kinds of indecent behavior.
I don't know in what kind of world you live in if you think that 3k is peanuts to spend on a game.
Just because there are a handful of individuals that have spent over 10k doesn't make it a norm. I myself know a few people that have spent over 5k on warmane across many years.
