I want to play NE and he's gonna to play a human. Can we teleport somehow teleport to one location, so we can exp together?

Nah. You'll need to run from Teldrassil to Northshire Valley in Elwynn Forest or the other way around. From Teldrassil you'd just go to Auberdine in Darkshore, then take the left boat (check the signs) to Stormwind, then through the front Stormwind gates to Northsire Valley (not far).

Or, of course, if they're coming to you, Northsire Valley to Stormwind, then take the boat to Darkshore and then over to Teldrassil.
