Lordaeron Rogue - Can't learn Posion Ability

I can't learn my posion ability even after completing the questline (Mission: Possible But Not Probable).

Server: Lordaeron (PVP)
Exp: WotLK
Character Name: Rustbite (Rogue)
Problem: Can't learn Posion Ability

I did the followup quest Hinott's Assistance (https://www.wowhead.com/classic/ques...tts-assistance). but i might have gotten rid or the Hinott's Oil (https://www.wowhead.com/classic/item=8095/hinotts-oil).

how can i get Hinott's Oil back to use?

You buy poisons from vendors. You can't make them anymore yourself in 3.3.5 patch.

And what comes to the quest item, if you can't get it again in-game by talking to the NPC that provided it, nothing will be done. More so since the oil isn't nothing but a keepsake at best, as another player can remove the curse for you, support won't restore the item.
