Technical Ban appeal without answer for more than year?

So i been banned for more than 1 year and 7(8 soon) ban appeals still on open status.Also 2-3 on [email protected] main q is will be ever answered to my tickets?Or im just wasting my time trying to reach gm here and writing every m?

I have few tickets about missing item from over a year ago. I sold the char few months ago. Now i have a ban appeal ticket but they closed it so now just waiting
