Technical Still baned

I received information that the ban has been lifted, but my account is still banned. 7 hours have passed since the reply. Is this an error or do I need to do something? How long do I have to wait for this ban to be removed?

If you already sent email about the issue, then you just have to wait.

I have a ban problem too. I left the game few months ago and now i came back. When i logged in website i saw that im IP banned due to scamming. How i got banned when i wasnt even playing the game. Cant use store/trade or any other service. I made ticket in website and it was closed after 1 day without any reply . I hope they will remove it or atleast tell me the reason and show me the proof why i got banned

It's amazing how people have 0 common sense or consideration. You said yourself you're IP BANNED. That means they ip banned someone who was scamming or they may or may not have banned a range of ip addresses . Yours just happened to be in the range of the ban. Now, assuming you're actually innocent, there's a ****ing sticky thread at top of this section(I'll let YOU figure out which one it is). Go read it.
